⬫How do i get a refund or exchange?

• To make a refund or exchange you will have to represent purchase receipt. 
• The item/s that were bought from stores should be refunded or exchanged in the same store from which they have been bought.
• As soon as the item/s enter the store they will pass through a special checking process, only then in case of having initial appearance they will be refunded or exchanged.
• If the refund is confirmed, you will receive money back with the same method as purchased.
• In case of card payment method you will receive money back within few days, depending on your bank.
