Watches Warranty

The warranty provided for watches is valid only for their mechanisms and does not cover:

• Damages caused by normal wear and tear and aging   

• Damages caused on watch cases, case FCM, watch straps, watch boxes and other accessories provided with watches

• Damages caused by the wrong usage in water

• Damages caused on case FCM

• Damages caused by the usage of non-licensed batteries

• Damages caused by non-licensed watchmakers

• Damages of watch case or strap, caused by inappropriate or not careful usage

“Timeless” LLC provides a 3-months warranty for battery life and 2 years international manufacturer guarantee for the watch mechanisms. Batteries in the warranty period are changed by “Timeless” LLC watchmaker. Service is free of charge. It is fully replaced in case of mechanical damage if the damaged part is irreplaceable.

Watch Care

In order to keep the watch and mechanism in manufacturer condition the following tips must be followed:

• Process a water-resistance check at a licensed watchmaker yearly

• Before wearing the watch one must make sure that the watch crown is in it’s initial, zero condition

• Not to wear the watch in water, while showering or having a sunbath (especially watches with PVD platings and coating)

• Keep away watch from too cold and too hot temperature

• Keep away from the magnetic field

Batteries

“Timeless” LLC provides 3 months battery warranty period for all watches bought at TI’ME, G-Shock stores, and time.am website; though battery life may last up to 5 years depending on watch model and usage of functions

Watch Strap

In order to keep the watch strap in manufacturer condition the following tips must be followed:

• Keep away watch strap from water and other humidity sources

• Keep away watch strap from direct sun lights

• Keep away from watch strap from old based products and cosmetics

Damages caused by not following the mentioned above steps are not covered by warranty.

Technical Examination

Watches should pass through technical examination 3-5 months per year, depending on the brand, watch model and watch care

Jewelry Care

Warranty is not valid for any jewelry pieces purchased at TI’ME, G-Shock, PANDORA stores, and online at time.am website. In order to keep jewelry in manufacturer condition the following tips must be followed:

• To avoid scratches and damages jewelry should be stored in jewelry boxes

• Wipe jewelry regularly with jewelry wipes and care kits

• Store away from water, chemical products, perfumes and cosmetics

• Avoid direct sun lights

• Store away jewelry with precious and semiprecious stones like mother of pearl, opal, pearl from other jewelry pieces

• Store jewelry in jewelry boxes or travel bags while traveling
