 Delivery in Regions

Delivery service is available 24 hours a day, but delivery is processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery fee in regions is 1000AMD.

 Pick up Locations in Regions

Customers can have their orders delivered to a specific pickup location. However, please note that TI'ME is not responsible for any damages and losses of the orders when they are left at the pickup location. TI'ME store recommends mentioning your house address as a delivery address to avoid any inconvenient situations.

 Delivery in Yerevan

Orders in Yerevan are delivered on the next day, after placing the order. Orders can be placed at any time of the day and week, but delivery service works from 2 pm to 7 pm Orders are delivered on the next day after placing. Delivery fee in Yerevan is 500AMD․

Delivery Pick up Locations in Yerevan

Customers can have their orders shipped to one of the 9 TI’ME stores across the city. Customers can pick up their orders from the store it has been shipped to directly.

Express Delivery 

For all orders placed from 9 am to 7 pm express delivery service is available. When choosing this delivery method customers will have the opportunity to receive their orders within 4-5 hours after placing. Service fee is 1800AMD, which should be payed even if the customer refuses to take the order. 

Duties and Taxes

The cost of taxes and duties is already applied to your order. No additional fees are required.

Track your Order

After placing the order you will receive confirmation message with a code. Due to that code will be able to track your order status.

Order Cancellation

The order can be canceled before its delivery. If the delivery of the order is on its way, it cannot be canceled. Further information on order cancellation and return can be found in the Return & Refunds Policy.
