Below are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy, which we kindly ask you to review before placing an order.

Standard delivery within Yerevan is carried out on the same or next day, between 14:00 and 20:00.

Express delivery is available for all orders placed between 09:00 and 19:00.

All of our stores can serve as pickup points.

When placing an order, select the "Store Pickup" delivery option and choose your preferred store location.

This service is free of charge.

Standard delivery to the regions of Armenia is completed within 3–4 working days.

Express delivery is available for all orders placed between 09:00 and 19:00.

Delivery is completed on the same day, within 4 hours from the moment the order is confirmed.
Depending on the distance, the delivery fee may range from 3,000–4,500 AMD.

You can also receive all regional orders through the ONEX Lockers operating in the respective region.

When placing an order, select the "Delivery via ONEX Locker" shipping option and choose your preferred ONEX smart locker from the list.

Once your order has been placed in the locker, you will receive an SMS notification from ONEX containing a unique pickup code (PIN).

Visit the specified location, enter the code received via SMS, and collect your order in just a few seconds.

Delivery is completed within 2 days from order confirmation.
This service is free of charge.
After receiving the notification, your order will be stored in the locker for 5 days.

An order can be canceled only before the shipping process begins.

If the order has already been handed over to the delivery service or is currently in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

In the event of an order refusal or return, the delivery fee will still be charged.
