Return or Refund Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping on our website. Below you can see our terms and conditions that constitute our Exchange and Refund policy.
Exchange
All the items (except earrings) can be exchanged during 14 days after purchase, weather they were bought online or from stores. If an item was purchased from store it should be exchanged in the store from which it was bought. All the products, purchased online, can be exchanged only in TI'ME store located on the North Avenue 5.
Returns
All products bought from TI'ME sores or time.am website are eligible for a refund, except earrings, PANDORA jewelries and gift cards. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, item must be unused and in it's original packaging. In order to receive a refund customer need to represent the receipt as a proof of purchase.
Refunds
If the refundable item corresponds to all the points mentioned above money will be refunded via the same payment method with which purchase was processed. If the purchase was authorized online via credit card, money will be refunded on the same card within 1 or 2 business days, depending on the bank of the card.
Order cancellation
The order can be canceled before it's delivery. If the delivery on the way, order cannot be canceled.
Customized orders
Customers will have the option to customize their orders by ordering an engraving to be made on the item. That kind of items are not eligible for refund.
