Can i use my gift-card for online shopping?

Which are watchmaker's working hours?
You can visit the watchmaker from Tuesday to Saturday from 11 am up to 6 pm (lunchtime from 3 to 4 pm). Watchmaker works in TI'ME store located on Northern Avenue 5.
⬫Which currencies can I shop with?
- The primary shopping currency which is used in our website is Armenian Dram.
- All other currencies will be exchanged to Armenian Dram according to the rates at the moment of your purchase.
- Hence, non cash transactions can be proceeded with any currency, while cash transaction are possible only with Armenian Dram.
⬫Which payment methods do you accept?
Payment methods are,
- Cash, to the driver when the order is delivered.
- With credit card.
- With gift card.
- With deposit card (soon).
⬫Do you have a service center?
Service center is located in North Avenue 5 TI'ME store.
In order to use guarantee service, you will have to represent the item's guarantee certificate.

⬫When will i receive my order?
Orders can be placed every day, at any time, but delivery service is available from 2 p.m to 8 p.m. Orders are delivered during 24 hours after placing them. Delivery in regions is proceeded within 2 or 3 working days, for more detailed information follow the link
⬫Will my personal details stay safe?
• All of your personal details are guaranteed to stay safe with us.

⬫ How can I track my package?
After placing the order, you will receive a confirmation massage, which will include a code. Due to that code you will be able to track your order.
⬫Until what time does the delivery service work??
Orders can be placed at any time of the day, but delivery service is available only up to 10 p.m. Orders are delivered during 24 hours after placing it, depending on delivery address.
⬫How do i get a refund or exchange?
- To make a refund or exchange you will have to represent purchase receipt.
- The item/s that were bought from stores should be refunded or exchanged in the same store from which they have been bought.
- As soon as the item/s enter the store they will pass through a special checking process, only then in case of having initial appearance they will be refunded or exchanged.
- If the refund is confirmed, you will receive money back with the same method as purchased.
- In case of card payment method you will receive money back within few days, depending on your bank.
⬫ What is your return policy?
- Items can be refunded or exchanged within 14 days after receiving the order. The item must be in it's original packing and have the initial appearance.
- Items can be refunded or exchanged at our North Avenue 5, 0001 store.
- Any kind of earrings on our website are not eligible for a refund.
⬫Which are the delivery methods?
- Order are delivered within 24 hours, after placing them. In Yerevan city, the delivery is available during all 7 days of the week.
- Every day delivery is also available in regions, with the exception of Agarak and Meghri cities, in which delivery is available only on Wednesday and Saturday.
- Delivery in regions is not available on Sundays and Mondays. If the order is placed on Saturday, it will be delivered on Tuesday.
- The delivery to regions will be processed, due to delivery points, but please pay attention, that in this kind of delivery method, TI'ME company in not responsible in case of item loss or damage.
⬫Can I cancel my order?
- The order can be canceled before its delivery.
- If the delivery of the order is on its way, it can not be canceled.
